Zoramthanga to be Sworn In As Mizoram CM :

In Mizoram, the new government of Mizo National Front (MNF), headed by Mr. Zoramthanga will be sworn in on 15th December. It was decided at a meeting between Governor Kummanam Rajasekharan and a delegation of the MNF party led by Zoramthanga at Raj Bhavan in Aizawl.

Manika become, first Indian to win ‘Breakthrough Star’ award at ITTF ceremony :

Manika Batra became the first ever Indian table tennis player to be decorated with the ‘Breakthrough Table Tennis Star’ award at the prestigious ITTF Star Awards in Incheon, South Korea. Manika started the year on a high at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, guiding India to it’s first-ever gold medal in the Women’s Team category.

SAIL Hockey academy won Aga Khan Gold Cup Tournament :

Steel Authority of India’s Hockey Academy beat Army XI Danapur to clinch the 115th All India Aga Khan Gold Cup hockey tournament held at Major Dhyan Chand hockey stadium in New Delhi. Jay Prakash Patel scored the match-winning goal for the SAIL Hockey Academy (SHA) in the final match. SHA is SAIL’s Rourkela Steel Plant. 

‘Of Counsel:The Challenges of the Modi Jaitley Economy’ launched :

Former Chief Economic Adviser (CEA) Arvind Subramanian said both demonetisation and implementation of Goods and Services Tax (GST) led to moderation of the Indian Economy. Speaking at the launch event of his book, ‘Of Counsel: The Challenges of the Modi-Jaitley Economy’, he said the structure of GST implemented to eliminate cascading taxes could have been much better.

The 3-day AdventureNext 2018 event, concluded in the host destination of Madhya Pradesh– the heart of India. It was organised by: The Adventure Travel Trade Association and Madhya Pradesh Tourism.It was a first-of-its-kind in India & Asia, and the theme of the event was “Pulse of Tomorrow”.
